Tattered Tulips is "Off to Neverland" again! Inspired by our original smocked Peter Pan dress and shirt from 2008, we created this adorable design. The scene is one my favorites in the Disney movie Peter Pan...as all the characters are sprinkled with Pixie Dust and on their way to Neverland!
