Until McKinley is out of school for summer vacation! Part of me is looking forward to sleeping in all summer and part of me is scared! LOL
Wish me luck!
I am wondering if I will any time during the summer to sew...
Currently, I am working on a project for our first Bijou & Co. launch of the fall season. I am really excited for this launch, it should be alot of fun! This creation was one of those designs where nothing came together like I envisioned, so after many revisions, I finally think I am finished! It is another smocked set, this time the smocking plate features children from around the world. I can't wait to show you a few sneak peeks!

Off To Neverland!

I am so excited about this set! It has been a blast collaborating with my friend, Cassi from Sugar Britches Boutique.
My absolute favorite ride at Magic Kingdom is Peter Pan and I love the movie too. I could feel my excitement building as each different phase of the dress was being completed..and finally, last night, I was able to list it on eBay! Due to the smocked insert, this dress can only be listed ONE TIME.
This darling dress is sure to turn heads and capture the imagination of your little one, no matter where she wearing it. And the shirt allows her to "become" Tinkerbell. As she flys with her wings and uses her wand to sprinkle pixie dust! Don't forget to see the matching jeans, which were listed by Sugar Britches Boutique. There are also matching bows and a Tinkerbell clip, which were listed by the*ladybug*bowitique.
And I'll let you in on a little secret...
In the picture I have posted here, Evie is looking at her Daddy. He was standing beside me as I took the pictures. I just think it is too precious!

And finally, HAPPY MOTHERS DAY! I feel especially blessed this mothers day, because of the special bond I have forged with my mom over the last year. All because we decided to work together selling our custom boutique creations. And because my children are at such wonderful and fun ages. Sometimes I wish I could just stop time and keep them this way forever. :)

Audrey Caroline
Pin It
I want to share this wonderful blog with you.
It is called "Bring The Rain"
The blog is written by Angie Smith, mother of 3 daughters. She was pregnant with her 4th little girl, when she found out at 20 weeks that Audrey would not survive. For the rest of her pregnancy she shared her ups and downs on her blog.
On April 7th, little Audrey Caroline was born and lived for 2.5 hours. Amazing! The doctors had warned that she would most likely not be born alive and if she was, she would probably only live 2 minutes.
I can't put into words how much she has touched me and given me new perspective on so many things in my own life. I hope you are as touched as I have been and will find something in her blog that renews and strengthens your faith in Jesus.
