yep, I definitely don't have a green thumb.
However, 12 years ago, when we moved into our house, I bought two iris plants and not only have I not killed them....they have multiplied like crazy. Heck, I have even dug a bunch up and thrown them out and I still have too many!!

You're not alone. I am not good for plants. At all. I also have a plant that has survived against the odds. It's a hibiscus that I got back in 1996 I think. It has survived a couple moves and is only a single "stick", but it still occasionally blooms. Though now that I'm thinking about it, I haven't seen any flowers in a long while. Uh-oh.
