Currently this topic is number 8, if it receives enough votes this could be one of the issues that they lobby Congress about.

This is real and is happening. Tattered Tulips will no longer be able to sell our beautiful designs because of this law. A law that was poorly thought out, a law that will have widespread impact on our already hurting economy. Not only will we have to stop selling, many other small businesses will not be able to afford the costly and unneccesary testing. They will be forced to close shop. What about consignment shops who are now going to be full of "hazardous material"? What about the employees of those shops?

Where is the common sense??
